Refund Policy

At Fit2Practise, we are committed to providing high-quality, supportive learning experiences. However, we understand that in some cases, learners may wish to request a refund. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The refund request is submitted in writing to our support team.
  • The course has not been accessed or commenced in any way (this includes viewing any lesson material, quizzes, or downloadable content).

Discretionary Approval

All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request at our sole discretion, regardless of eligibility criteria. This ensures we can continue to provide a fair and sustainable service for all learners.

Administrative Fees

If a refund is approved, we may deduct reasonable administrative fees to cover:

  • Course hosting costs
  • Payment processing charges
  • Platform-related expenses

These deductions will be clearly outlined in our refund response and applied before any payment is returned.

Processing Times

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 28 days of confirmation.
