Eligibility for Refunds

- The course has not been accessed or commenced in any way (this includes viewing any lesson material, quizzes, or downloadable content).
Discretionary Approval

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request at our sole discretion, regardless of eligibility criteria. This ensures we can continue to provide a fair and sustainable service for all learners.
Administrative Fees
If a refund is approved, we may deduct reasonable administrative fees to cover:
- Course hosting costs
- Payment processing charges
- Platform-related expenses
These deductions will be clearly outlined in our refund response and applied before any payment is returned.
Processing Times
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 28 days of confirmation.
