Our 14-day guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a course, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no complicated hoops to jump through.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@fit2practise.com within 14 days of your purchase.
• Include the email address you used and the course name.
• We'll confirm and process your refund to your original payment method, usually within a few working days.

Exceptions

Refunds may not apply where a course has been substantially completed or a certificate has been issued, or for 1:1 mentorship sessions that have already taken place. If you're unsure, just ask — we'll always try to help.
