These terms govern your use of the Fit 2 Practise website, courses, resources, mentorship and CV writing services. By using the site or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any activity under your account. Please give accurate information when you register.
Courses & access
- Courses are sold as one-off purchases with lifetime access on mobile and desktop.
- You may access your purchased courses for your own personal professional development.
- A certificate of completion is provided for each course you finish.
Mentorship
Mentorship is a supportive, educational service. It is not legal advice or representation. We aim to help you understand and prepare for the Fitness to Practise process, but outcomes depend on your regulator and your individual circumstances.
Resources
Downloadable resources (templates, checklists and workbooks) are free for anyone enrolled on the related course, or £2.99 each otherwise. They are for your own personal professional development.
CV writing service
Our CV writing service costs £70 for one CV tailored to a specific job role. When you send an order form we confirm the details and the turnaround, then send a secure payment link; work starts once payment is received. You are responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and honest. We will not include anything we know to be untrue or misleading.
Acceptable use
You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute course content, and not to use the service in any unlawful way or in a way that could harm the service or other users.
Intellectual property
All course materials, text, and branding remain the property of Fit 2 Practise and may not be reproduced without permission.
Payments & refunds
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Returns policy.
Disclaimer & liability
Our courses and mentorship are provided in good faith to support your professional development. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the outcome of any regulatory process. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
