Yes. Every resource is linked to one of our CPD courses. If you're enrolled on that course, its resources are included at no extra cost. Log in with the email you used at checkout and they'll open for you. If you'd rather not take the course, each resource is £2.99 on its own.
Yes. The reflective statement template walks you through nine parts, from what happened and your responsibility to strengthened practice and looking forward, with guidance and writing space for each. It pairs well with the Gibbs' reflective cycle worksheet for getting your thinking started.
It depends on your case and your representative's advice, but usually your notice of hearing, the evidence bundle, your reflective statement, testimonials and evidence of learning, a notebook and anything you need to stay well through a long day. The hearing preparation checklist covers the weeks before, the night before and the day itself.
Keep a copy of the NMC Code open, then work through the four themes: prioritise people, practise effectively, preserve safety, and promote professionalism and trust. Answer the prompts with specific examples, spend most of your time on the themes linked to the concerns, and finish with the action plan. Come back to it after four to six weeks to record your progress.
Yes. Open the resource and choose Print / Save as PDF. In the print window, pick "Save as PDF" as the destination. The layout is designed for A4, and anything you've typed or ticked is included.
