How it works

From enrolment to evidence of your learning

  1. Choose and enrol

Pick the course that matches your stage of the process. Pay once and it's yours, with lifetime access.

  2. Learn at your own pace

Short lessons on mobile, tablet or desktop, grounded in the NMC Code and real workplace experience. Your progress is saved in your course hub.

  3. Check your understanding

Quizzes after each topic help the learning stick, and the included templates and checklists help you apply it to your own case.

  4. Reflect and evidence your learning

Finish with a certificate of completion, and use what you've learned in your reflection. A certificate on its own isn't insight; what you learned and changed is what matters.

It depends on your stage. If you have just been referred, start with Navigating Your FtP Journey. If you need to write a reflective statement, take Reflection Writing for the Fitness to Practise Process, ideally with the Code of Conduct course. If your case is going to a hearing, take Attending a Fitness to Practise Hearing. After a case, Rebuilding Confidence Following Fitness to Practise helps you plan your return. Use the course finder above, or book a free intro call if you are unsure.
A course on its own does not show insight. It is evidence of learning, and case examiners and panels decide how much weight to give it. What matters most is what you learned, how you reflect on it and how your practice has changed. Our courses are designed to help you do exactly that, and to write about it clearly.
Yes. You receive a certificate of completion for each course you finish, which you can keep as a record of your learning and continuing professional development.
The NMC does not approve or accredit CPD courses, so no course can be "NMC approved". You can record the time you spend on our courses as CPD for revalidation if the learning is relevant to your practice. Fit 2 Practise is independent and not affiliated with the NMC.
Lifetime access. Pay once and learn at your own pace on mobile, tablet or desktop, and come back to the material whenever you need it.
